Schuessler Tissue Salts

Schuessler tissue salts work on a physical level to help alleviate symptoms of ill health. There are 12 tissue salts . Dr William Schuessler believed that ill health was caused by an imbalance in one or more of these vital cell salts. This imbalance could cause ill health and this subsequent ill health could be addressed by taking these cell salts in minute doses.

Tissue salts work to balance the cellular nutrition in which is the foundation of all healing. An analogy for this would be if you imagine a plant living in poor soil with inadequate nutrition. If you do not address the nutritional aspect of the soil it doesn’t matter what you use to heal the plant, it can’t repair itself because there is insufficient material to rebuild itself.

Tissue salts work on a foundational level to correct cellular imbalances. I have use these tissue salts on numerous occasions and I have had some great results. These tissue salts are used by many people all over the world and offer a safe gentle system for alleviating minor ailments.

Tissue salts are

• Cellular Therapy or “Bio regulatory” medicine-
• Low potency homeopathy, 6x, diluted substances but still contain a small amount of physical substance.
• Devised by Dr Schuessler, a doctor and physiological chemist over a 100 years ago.

Flower Remedies

I have written about flower remedies before but as I am going to include them in the astrological table below I thought that the paragraph below would be a good reminder.

Dr Edward Bach was born on the 24th September 1886. He studied and became a doctor. He was appointed as a Pathologist and Bacteriologist in the Royal London Homeopathic Hospital. This led him to his famous work with nosodes before later practising as a consultant physician in Harley Street.

The flower remedies became his life’s work when he discovered that the various plants and trees affected his thoughts and feelings. From there he came to understand that for each emotional state or pattern there is a flower remedy that would treat that emotional state, thus restoring balance.

Elements

When we consider the word elements our thoughts probably go to the periodic table. The elements that we find there do make up our world. Elements are the building blocks of our physical body.

But to simplify we can also look to the basic elements of Fire, Earth, Water and Air. These basic four elements are fundamental in our lives and are a brilliant way to view and attempt to explain human behaviour. In the astrological table below you can see that each astrological sign is associated with an element.

There is a tissue salt and a flower essence attributed to each sun sign.
