What happens when you come and see me for hypnotherapy?
For hypnotherapy and coaching the start of the session is the same
Firstly we start with getting to know you and what you want to achieve. There is a form to fill in and this will form the basis of the work that we do together.
Then you will be asked to sit in a comfortable chair.
Using information that you have given me I will then encourage you to enter into a gentle state of relaxation. This is just as if you were listening to a Mediation recording or perhaps when practicing Mindfulness.
Following the details that you have given about what you want, gentle suggestions are made to bring about the positive change that you wish to achieve.
